Last night, DCFD conducted our weekly training session, focusing on vehicle extrication techniques. We tackled two challenging scenarios: 1) a victim trapped underneath a vehicle, and 2) a victim pinned inside the driver's seat. Our team worked through various training objectives, including patient care, vehicle stabilization, cutting and spreading methods, and airbag lifts. This session marks the first of many as we continue to sharpen our extrication skills and ensure we're prepared for any emergency. Excellent work by all involved!
